Maine Flag
Here is the flag of Maine:

The flag of Maine shows the state's
coat of arms on a blue field. As there are no official colors for the
coat of arms, there can be wide variation in the colors used, however
the blue field should always be the same color as the blue on the flag
of the United States.
According to the official description, the flag should be fringed with
yellow silk and should have a blue and white silk cord attached to the spearhead,
however these embellishments are rarely seen.
The flag was adopted by the state legislature on
February 23rd
1909.
Maine is also one of only two states (the other being
Massachusetts to have a separate
Naval Ensign. This consists of a white field, with a green pine tree,
a blue anchor, and words "DIRIGO" above, and "MAINE" below.
